The Ocean and Coastal Law and Policy book itself is full of good information, but light on the analysis of the cases. You need to have a good instructor to help with the analysis and discussion of the cases and their importance to the law. Majority of the book is case decisions.
The book Ocean and Coastal Law and Policy itself is extremely expensive. I sold mine back to Amazon, but if this is for a course ask your friends and other students to lend a copy for the course. You likely will never need this information again unless you specifically get into law.. and if you do you can always obtain the case records free from the library.
